Affordable but run down property. The room coffee maker was not cleaned from the previous guest and toilets do not flush well. It seems to have a good location but I do not know Sudbury well enough to say.

It is a good hotel a decent one. Need to improve the proper signage to turn it on the sauna (it's invisible) gym equiment some are not working w/o any notice, no water but there are cups. In the lobby there's water but no cups, Ac is a little bit noisy. Over all it's okay

Staff was friendly at check in, pool area had a large amount of hair in pool and all around pool deck, towel hamper was overflowing with used towels and water level was almost too low for the skimmer basket. There was a heaping pile of garbage bags on our room floor when we got off the elevator that had an odour. In a rough area of town with many drug users on the streets Around the hotel.

Except for the key having to be reprogrammed twice everything was great. Blue boxes would be a great addition to the rooms.

We did not end up staying at this hotel as my children and I did not feel safe upon arrival. I hadn’t realized the property was located in downtown Sudbury, and when I asked about safety, the staff member simply said, “Well, it’s downtown Sudbury.” The parking lot and main entrance are shared with other businesses, and when we arrived there were several individuals clearly in distress due to substance use. The front entrance area was littered with garbage, and the lobby had an unpleasant smell. Inside, we noticed a stretcher by the front desk and claw marks on the elevator doors. As a parent traveling with young kids, my gut feeling and observations told me this was not a safe or welcoming environment for us. We chose to leave and stay at a different hotel outside of downtown. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The pool is fairly small but was ok. In our fifth floor hallway, one of the handles/locks wasn't there and there was a big hole like someone had kicked it in. Bathtub was had mould around on the grout and was somewhat dirty. I had two children and my adult kid with me. We slept there, and left as soon as we could in the morning. Would not stay there again.
