Renovated vacation home in a dream location for the whole family! There’s something for everyone here.

With its large property featuring a private garden and a climbing frame, it’s ideal for families with children. The private rowboat is moored right in front of the terrace, where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset. The grill and fire pit invite you to relax and unwind.
Nestled in a vacation home community situated in a very quiet spot amidst the East Frisian countryside, you can relax in a natural setting. The vacation home also offers two kayaks for exploring the canals and lakes. Fishing, swimming, surfing, hiking, and biking to the “Großes Meer” nature reserve are great ways to spend your time.

The house features a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s bedroom with two beds. This room is perfectly tailored for the little ones, complete with a children’s table, toys, art supplies, and books.

The house is located in a vacation home community surrounded by detached houses. It’s situated at the end of a canal from which you can travel all the way to Emden. From there, you can reach the North Sea. Nearby is the Großes Meer with its two neighboring lakes, the Kleines Meer and the Hieve. At the Großes Meer, you can enjoy many recreational activities and relax on the beach. It’s popular with surfers and beginner sailors because it’s only about 1 meter deep. In the wider area are the cities of Emden, Aurich, Greetsiel, and Norden/Norddeich, each offering numerous recreational activities and attractions.

Alles tipptopp. Besonders hat uns der direkte Wasserzugang gefallen. Für Angler perfekt, da man mit dem Ruderboot schnell unterwegs ist.

Wirklich tolles Haus

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie. Es war keinem auch nur eine Minute langweilig. Für unsere 2 Jährige war ein kleiner Spielplatz direkt im Garten. Der Große (13 Jahre und begeisteter Angler) hat jede freie Minute seine Ruten direkt am Haus im angrenzenden Wasser ausgeworfen. Bootfahrten, Stand up paddling und einfach kurz ins Wasser springen, wir haben alles ausprobiert.Vielen Dank für eine wirklich tolle Zeit.

Toll ausgestattestes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die sehr steile Treppe nach oben ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, ging dann aber auch ganz gut. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
