It offers a cozy and tastefully furnished living area with sloping ceilings that were renovated in 2025. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen), while one of the rooms has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and another satellite TV (flat screen). The open kitchen area comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. You can access the balcony directly from the kitchen area.

The apartment offers a bath/shower/WC combination, as well as a small balcony and a terrace with outdoor furniture for your convenience.
