The apartment is located on the upper floor of a historic villa dating from 1895, designed by the renowned architect Albert Bauder. The villa is a typical example of late Historicist villa architecture and is one of the few buildings in this former suburban villa district that has been preserved largely in its original state.
You’ll also have access to a private garage parking space and a magnificent rooftop terrace with an electric grill and a relaxation lounge.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rack.

The highlight of the apartment is the large rooftop terrace, where an electric grill is available for your use.
