Apartment 'Auszeit' with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

Our vacation apartment is designed for four people and is classified with 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

We would like to appeal to vacation guests, company employees and business travelers who would like to stay in comfortable and sophisticated accommodation during a stay in a foreign environment.

The apartment offers you around 100 square meters of light-flooded and tastefully furnished rooms. There are two separate bedrooms and a spacious combined dining and living room area. A fully equipped kitchen, separate shower, bathroom and toilet complete the apartment.

The original furnishings are designed to create a feel-good atmosphere in which you can unwind from your activities.



You will be living in the countryside in the truest sense of the word, in extremely quiet surroundings and a large garden. Sufficient parking spaces are available.

We are located almost exactly in the geographical center between Heilbronn and Stuttgart with direct access to the A 81 freeway. If you arrive by train, the apartment is only two kilometers from the station.



In the charming surroundings you will find numerous leisure activities, sights, museums and a variety of shopping opportunities. Whether you are out and about by bike, wine tasting in the Besenwirtschaft or in the numerous restaurants.

The cultural offerings in the regions of Ludwigsburg, Heilbronn and the state capital Stuttgart leave virtually nothing to be desired.

The old town of Bietigheim-Bissingen lies somewhat dreamily on the Enz and Metter rivers.
