This a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly, particularly the bar staff, Joel and Shidu. The food was also very good and plentiful. We struggled with the A/C in our room, as it sat at 27°C most of the time and we were terribly uncomfortable. We visited during a heatwave, so we understand that this was not normal, but we were surprised that we couldn't lower the temperature at all to help accommodate us more. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I recommend it!

I entered the room and found dirty towels and a smear on the bed. Had a change of room and all was well. Didnt use the breakfast. Little shop for the emergency food and drink purchases was nice. Staff was nice.

À celles et ceux qui liront cet avis, Je vous invite chaleureusement à venir séjourner dans cet hôtel. Nous avions déjà réservé un hôtel mais dès lors que nous avons vu cet hôtel, nous l’avons préféré. Le service est très agréable, le personnel est souriant et même si certains ne sont pas à l’aise avec l’anglais, ils persévèrent pour répondre à nos demandes. Les chambres quand à elles sont refaites à neuves, une salle de bain spacieuse, une clim fonctionnelle et surtout une LITERIE PARFAITE. (ce qui devient très rare de nos jours). Je vous passerai le développement sur la propreté et la décoration qui sont irréprochables. Nous pensions que l’hôtel était éloigné du centre mais au final accessible très rapidement grâce au métro (un arrêt à 500m), et la proximité avec l’énorme centre commercial Milaneo. Nous avons hésiter à prendre le petit déjeuner qui coûte tout de même 46€ pour 2, nous n’en avions pas grand intérêt. Je vous laisserai donner votre avis sur le petit déjeuner buffet. Bref je vous conseille vivement de séjourner au Scandic à Stuttgart si vous voulez dormir correctement !

Wir sind mit drei Generationen gereist. Schon beim Einchecken sind wir freundlichen empfangen worden. Das Abendessrn war sehr lecker, und wir wurden von allen Servicekräften sehr aufmerksam behandelt. Zum Frühstück gab es viele frische und hochwertige Speisen. Man konnte sich sogar Eier nach Wunsch bestellen. Die frisch gebackenen Waffeln überzeugten meine Tochter und mit dem Entsafter hatten wir alle Freude! Es gab auch eine kleine Kinderecke mit Spielen für jede Altersklasse. Das von meiner Tochter vergessene Kuscheltier wurde mit vollem Such-Einsatz der Rezeption wieder gefunden. Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub nur empfehlen. Als Tipp für Familien kann ich das Familienzimmer for4 nur empfehlen.
