The front desk (evening) female receptionist was very helpful. She gave us recommendations for visiting the Christmas markets which saved us a lot of valuable time. The hotel is about a. seven minute walk from the train station. It is next to a shopping mall.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Einkaufszentrum Milaneo entfernt. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle – ideal für alle, die schnell und bequem in die Innenstadt oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten möchten. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Der Service war in Ordnung und insgesamt zufriedenstellend. Praktisch ist auch die Möglichkeit, am Hotel zu parken. Die Anzahl der Parkplätze ist begrenzt, aber mit 20 € pro Nacht ist der Preis fair. Ein insgesamt gutes Hotel mit idealer Lage für Shopping und Stadtbesichtigungen.

Ich bin öfter in diesem Hotel und es ist völliges Glückspiel welche TV Sender im Zimmer empfangen werden können. Jedes Zimmer hat andere Sender verfügbar und die Spanne reicht vom gesamten Free TV bis hin zu nur 3 Sender, davon 2 auf französisch. Ich hätte da gerne mehr Planbarkeit, vor allem ob ich eine bestimmte Übertragung sehen kann oder nicht.
