The location was amazing. It was so easy to access the main train station and metro. The room was pretty clean, and the bed was very comfortable too. The blackout curtains were great too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The room was perfectly serviceable, the bed comfortable enough. Breakfast was provided at a reasonable cost. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions, including how to travel the U-bahn. There is a major commercial center right next door (a mall as we know them in the US) with a food court, and a short walk just about anywhere for food. A U-bahn line is right out front. The most difficult thing is finding the front entrance, if you are in foot and/or coming from the train station. The entrance is BEHIND the building, either down a set of stairs or by way of an elevator on the far side of the building.

The front desk (evening) female receptionist was very helpful. She gave us recommendations for visiting the Christmas markets which saved us a lot of valuable time. The hotel is about a. seven minute walk from the train station. It is next to a shopping mall.

After a nightmare stay at the nearby Luna Inn, this Premier Inn was booked the morning of our check in date, and did a great job of salvaging our three-day trip to Stuttgart. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting was great for relaxing in the evening and watching TV. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistent temperature. A kettle and coffee supplies were provided, which was appreciated. The only minor negatives were the lack of a fridge in the room and having to share elevators with housekeeping staff, who were trying to board them with massive cleaning carts. Overall, a very good stay. I hadn’t stayed at a Premier Inn before, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book one again.

While the room itself is satisfactory, we encountered several deficiencies in the amenities and services provided, including the absence of potable water, slippers, and a refrigerator. Additionally, housekeeping services were not initiated without a specific request, and a second set of towels was not supplied. The quality and selection of the breakfast offerings were also subpar.

Staff were rarely present to help with any issues, and repeatedly passed you into the next person who was never available. I was told to send e-mails, which went unanswered. Staff overall not helpful. I paid for included breakfast, and was no issue the first 3 days, but the fourth day, it was all of a sudden a problem and I was berated into paying for breakfast twice. Staff rarely present/available, and when they were there, they were overall not helpful. I would not go back. Location is good, but not enough to make up for poor service. There was also no fridge or safe in the room, I found that unacceptable.

Be carefull for the ones who will come with a electric car no place tu plug + no place to park in the same building also even for your normal cars and you can only know that there is another parking when you park your car somewhere which normally you can not park at all , take that risk and go to the hotel and ask reception people what to do with the car !?
