Anyone with your name can make themselves a key at the front desk. They require ID online before you arrive, however no ID is required at the actual hotel, and you simply type in your name and make a physical copy of the key. No interior lock on the door either.

Idee gut, aber zu teurer …

Die Idee und Technik der online Rezeption ist gut und hat super funktioniert. Der Rest hat sich im Vergleich zu früher (Ibis) stark verteuert und verschlechtert. Parkplatz ist nun viel zu Teuer in dieser Lage mit 17 EUR pauschal. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls teurer geworden und hat wesentlich weniger Auswahl. Geschmacklich waren weder Marmelade, Brötchen noch Rührei gut. Personal war überfordert mit wegräumen, nachfüllen und in den Räumen war viel zu laute Musik. Im Zimmer gab es einige Verschmutzungen und eine fehlende Deckenplatte. Im Bad hat es eklig gestunken und die Dusch wechselt ständig zwischen Heiß und kalt. Leider war das Fenster bei tagsüber weit über 30 Grad noch in der Nacht geöffnet und das Zimmer bei meiner Ankunft (nach 2 Uhr nachts) aufgeheizt. Die Leistung und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht mehr.

Overall pretty good hotel for decent price. However, not easily accessible to core city centre. Water from shower varies quite dramatically based on other people's usage and toilet flush; it would go from cold to burning hot.

The hotel as a whole was very clean and tidy. The room itself was also the same. The room had everything we needed and was great. The air conditioning did not work quite as well as we would have liked and ended up making the room warmer rather than cooler...

It was an average stay. The property didn’t offer any amenities in the rooms, such as coffee machines or refrigerators. Fortunately, one of their workers (Dominique) offered to put my insulin in his office refrigerator until the next day, as it needed to be refrigerated. He also helped with many of our questions and concerns.

The check in process is terrible, we arrived 11:00 am and prior requested for early check in. Our room was not ready until after 2:00 pm. We were dead tired after long flights and requested several times for digital key which was give to us after 2:00 pm. Limited supply of towels. Poor air conditioning system with restrictions to change temperatures. If not in the room some air conditioning will go down to default eco settings. The price we paid vs the services were not good.

Very modern

The front desk is a computer screen, your room key is your phone, and a roomba is the maid. Aside from the bar and restaurant staff, no humans in sight. Modern, clean, a short walk to public transport. Once you adapt to the impersonalness of it, it’s very nice. The neighborhood is mostly offices so no shops or cafes nearby (except the one there). The future???

Ótimo hotel

Gostei do hotel. Não há recepção, eu recebi um e-mail para check in e no dia da chegada recebi outro e-mail com a chave digital. Funcionou perfeitamente! Fica próximo de uma estação que passa trem que vem do aeroporto e da estação central. Inclusive, fica a 30 min andando da estação cental. Quarto e banheiro bons. Só senti falta de um frigobar pra poder gelar a garrafa de água.

Mc Dreams is a low budget sleeping opportunity, rather a motel style stay where most processes are self efficient and digital. without reception and only staff for maintenance and for the bar . or mornings for the bar. My room a double business was a small room with a double bed, minimalistic interior. it was clean and tidy. Airconditioning was a disaster room reached 26C and even on the highest stand the room didnt cool down. one of those tipical aircondition in Hotels that are just there for "show"

Overall great

The first night our room smelled strongly of cigarettes as there was no staff on site we just had to stay in that room. The smell was so strong I had an asthma attack and I’m pregnant. We were able to change rooms the next day however that initial stay kind of ruined the stay for us. It was also super loud around us as it seems like a lot of party goers stay at this hotel.
