The first night my room was in the middle of private apartments, with no wifi, phone or kettle. There was no reception at the actual hotel after 2pm so i had to wait until next morning before making a complaint. Estelle, who seemed to do just about everything was most helpful. I was moved into the hotel and everything was fine after that.

Lock box in an alley!

Checking in was an adventure! The instructions were clear, but this is not clearly noted when booking.

A nice little hotel within walking distance of the main train station up the hill through the park. For the price the room was spacious, decent Tv, the wi-fi was excellent and the bed comfortable. If you arrive at night you have to check in and collect keys by yourself, it is quite complicated but I managed it in the end. In the morning the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again If i visit Stuttgart again.

Cracking hotel for the price and door a single traveller. One big issue, all information says that check-in closes at 10pm, even in the hotel room. It doesn't, it closes at 2.30pm. This has to be changed in there information. Myself and others I help, we're left locked out if the hotel, with no one answering the help number. I only got in and received the correct information, of how to access me key, as a fellow traveler was walking past the locked hotel.

The location was within walking distance to subway was only positive. The neighbourhood was unsafe, also staff did not have good information regarding what to see or do & very young girls. The doors locked at 10pm & did not realize that our door at the end of the hallway that went down to the lobby was locked so we had an emergency and no one was available to help & doors locked was not safe if there was a fire. Last morning we had a flood in the room because the handheld shower holder was loose so was not stable & I did not realize that is was going out of the shower. There was black mould on the shower handles. I could go on about other things. The breakfast was bad because things were not restocked so when we came there was no juice & other items. This place is a sham so should not be listed on Expedia!!!
