Nice cozy hotel

Well located near mall and 10-15 minutes walk from central station. Rooms are modern but very tiny. Staffs are super friendly and breakfast time is very crowded but good to have in the price paid. Parking is a problem as space is limited and come on first come first served basis without real in-out privilege. You can lose your spot upon a return trip even if you are paying for the service. This is probably a stupid rule given that you are paying more than €20 per day.

Good location by the station but could hear the trains at night from our room even with ear plugs in. Breakfast was very busy every morning - continental spread was ok and staff kept things refilled. Could do with more lifts especially as cleaning staff used the main ones so had to wait a while. Room could have been cleaned better.

Great location, good value for the money

Great location near a shopping center, just by a U station and in a walking distance from central railway station. Staff are friendly and helping with a smile. All basic amenities in place. Bed could have been a bit more comfort, but that is me.

Bad experience

Checked in at 10PM. No parking. Manager was not helpful and told me to park on the street. Then she checks me in under the wrong reservation and would not listen when I explained we only had 2 people not 3. Had to call front desk because even the WiFi connection didn’t show me checked in. She wrote the wrong last name on my room key sleeve, then shows up at our door when she finally realized her mistake and has the correct name. I told her I tried to explain and she insisted I was mistaken. Worst Hilton/Hampton experience ever. Worst customer service ever. Totally arrogant manager refusing to take any responsibility for HER mistake. This hotel should be avoided at all costs due to their parking situation.

The Hampton Stuttgart was clean and quiet. We stayed in a triple room which was small but adequate. Breakfast and service were great.

Great hotel would stay again

Very central - the gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming and kind. My room was spacious with an excellent shower and comfy bed and great WiFi. The gym was very good as it had a cable machine so could use that - the complimentary breakfast has great selection and quality. Highly recommended.
