Custom 4000 sg ft Cabin on 5 acres with Hot Tub

Copper Clain Lodge is located halfway between Sturgis and Deadwood in beautiful Boulder Canyon. Spacious living room and dining room greet you as you enter this 400 sq. ft. custom-built cabin. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen share the lower level with the dining and living room.

The next level is almost entirely dedicated to a massive game and entertainment room. This level also has the complete laundry room. Video games, a blackjack and foosball table, board games and an electronic dart board are included.

The upper level consists of an awesome master suite, master bath and a sitting/exercise room.

The hot sits in a small, open courtyard in the middle of the house, letting you enjoy the outdoors in complete and total privacy. Enjoy the outdoors on the upper or lower deck attached to the cabin or the unattached deck in the front of the cabin, all situated on 5 acres of land adjoining The Black Hills National Forest just minutes away from hiking and ATV/UTV trails, golf, winter sports and Historic Deadwood.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a kitchen island. Conveniences include a sofa bed and a dryer.

Beautiful home thats in a perfect location

My wife and I rented this home for an extended weekend getaway. Rich was very responsive and it was a pleasure to meet him. This would be a perfect home for a group of friends or a family as there is plenty to do at the house. The location is great as your close to many attractions. We plan to stay here again.

Didn’t make it

Sadly we could not make our trip due to the weather and interstate closures for 2 1/2 days. Richard was awesome with communication and refunded our total fee for the house! I would highly recommend him to anyone we know that would be traveling to this area.
