"We were in town for graduation weekend at Chico State. All the options in Chico were ridiculously expensive so we chose this place. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable (although wish the bed in the main room was bigger than a queen). Overall it was a very comfortable stay and an easy drive to Chico."

The check-in and check out were easy, instructions for the house were explanatory, and communication with the owner was pleasant and responsive. The interior of the home is impeccable. "Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!"

"We were definitely impressed by this new cabin in butte meadows. It is close to the creek for swimming and fishing. Also the local bar and the mercantile is just a rock throw away from this cabin. It was me and my wife and two kids 7 and 3 years old. They had their own twin over full bunk bed which they were really excited about. They loved watching the squirrels and birds outside from the bedroom window in the morning. This cabin is newly built and everything is really nice inside and out. There is full laundry inside and a/c, satellite internet and phone. Which is rare for the area. The wrap around deck is really neat. It has great views as it is at the top of a hill. We will definitely be staying here again next summer!"
