Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Could use some updates and the outside needs an overhaul. With the prices they charge the budget for overhaul is probably non existent. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Restaurants within walking distance and parking right outside the room. Would stay again.

The owner continues to upgrade this property. New flooring and bedding make this even more comfortable. There are local restaurants nearby that provide a variety of cuisines.

This property is intentionally and consistently upgrading the guest experience. Their systematic attention to guest comfort has been evident in upgrades to individual rooms, the expansion of television channels, and regular maintenance of the property. You can pay more at one of the other properties in Storm Lake, but you won't find friendlier staff or a more comfortable (and quieter) room. Stay here and treat yourself.

Adequate and Safe Stay

This was an older, motel in a safe area. The room was clean. The shower had great water pressure. Front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. This was a good, safe place to be for a quick stay with a grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Make this your regular stay in Storm Lake.

The owner is always working to upgrade the property. It's not the fanciest in town, but it is economical, clean, quiet and easy to get to and from.
