I think this is a very underrated hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable. Everything is very clean. The manager is very nice. The breakfast is good. The price is excellent. We always stay at this hotel when we go to Orange City.
Parking lot.is nicely lit. Breakfast is a no go not enough seating and very little food offered. Rooms are very clean and bed and furniture are comfortable.
The Dutch Inn was a great stay for us. Its conveniently located near tons of dining options and things to do. It was very convenient for our trip to college.
Always clean, friendly people. Usually comfortable but this time we had a King bed that was extremely uncomfortable. Old and saggy and we did not sleep well at all unfortunately. The Queen rooms have been better

We were there for an interview at Northwestern College. When we entered the room I realized the window didn’t lock. I was offered a “stick” to secure it. It wasn’t even long enough to keep window from opening. If it weren’t on the first floor I probably would have overlooked it. One staff member offered us a refund since they didn’t have another room to offer us. I went to ask my daughter then returned to find another staff member working. He refused the refund because the city was safe and a broken lock was no big deal. When I explained another staff had offered a refund he became agitated and asked if I understood English. No way I would stay there after that. Terrible customer service.
Hotel is clean and tidy and all of the staff are polite. Several options for breakfast.
Facilities nearby are all within walking distance. Very handy when visiting Northwestern College.
Very clean, friendly accomodating staff, comfortable beds and nice shower. Price point beats the overly expensive Hampton Inn which is the only alternative in town. Nearly 100.00/night difference.
One issue: can hear people walking about in rooms up stairs, at least in room 117.
Staff hard to understand. First time I called a hotel and they wouldn't work with you. I had booked off Expedia. We had some things come up. I called Expedia like I have in past and hotel wouldn't work with them. We ended up changing things around and going so we didn't have to eat the cost. The hotel room was musty and stink so bad! The sheets looked like they had been used. It was so gross. The complimentary breakfast was not very good. Plus the guy working the front was walking the hallways at 6am talking on his phone and woke us up. He still was out in hallway walking and talking on his phone when we left at 8. I have never wrote a review before.
