Approximately 2 acres of shoreline property on New London Bay overlooking the famous Cavendish dunes. Private access to the shore allows for launching of kayaks, paddle boards, etc.. you can even fish from the shore for stripped bass, or just explore the shore line for sea life or that special seashell to take home.
The complete second floor apartment with kitchen is available, two parking spaces on site. Beach towels and chairs are available for your use during your visit.
