Very strong bad smell in the room and hallway. The toilet is leaking, making noise all the time and very smelly. Very terrible experience. I had to sleep in my car for most of the time.

Fair quality room, poor tub shower

I understand that the hotel was under construction and I’m sure they had better rooms with more decent shower tub for use during my stay. There was a lot of holes in the walls and in the tub not so desirable. However, the shower gel shampoo conditioner was nice or looked newer. The bed had an indentation and you can feel the springs.

The hall on the fourth floor smelled terrible and the carpet was disgusting. In the room, floors weren't clean, the chest drawer drawers weren't working, the desk chair's armrests were sticky (I had to clean them my self), the toilet was dirty, it had like pee stains by the base, the bath tub was dirty and looks like the sink was broken and glued back together with yellow glue that made it look dirty. I found hair in one of the beds and I couldn't even sleep because of the smelly pillows, they smelled like sweat and bleach. It's understandable that they are doing some work but the cleaningness should be priority and it will make it up for the waffle maker not working. I planned to stay here for 4 days but ended up leaving next morning. So I'm sorry but I can not recommend this hotel.

In early check-in form, I asked for a quiet room, but I was given a room facing the high way. It was very noisy. If all the quiet rooms were full, the staff should have explained it to me. Also the towel had a piece of broccoli on it. The drawer of the dress won't close. This is my first time staying at La Quinta, it is horrible!

FIRST room’s air conditioner did NOT work. Maintenance could not repair it. The second room’s shower did NOT work at first. There was NO water coming out of the shower head. After adjusting the head I was able to get a small amount of water to flow. The water COMPLETELY STOPPED in the middle of my shower! I have stayed in this property for over ten years. This was absolutely the worst quality stay I have ever experienced staying at a hotel.
