Located in one of the most sought after areas of the Island, 74 steps from the tide contingent beach AND a 5 minute walk to the Pier Village!

2BR and 1.5BA, this ground floor condo has a private patio overlooking the ocean, offering fantastic sunrises. The living room has a cozy couch, 3 arm chairs and a smart tv. The kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal, enough seating for the family, and access to the back patio, with a outside dinning area. The washer and dryer are located of the kitchen, as well as a half bath. The master bedroom is located on the left with a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is located in the hall with a standing glass shower.

Partial ocean views from the living room and master bedroom make this a perfect condo for a romantic retreat or a small family vacation.
