Step outside and you`re on the water. Launch a free kayak or paddleboard right from the property, ride a free beach cruiser to dinner, and walk a few minutes to the white sand of the Gulf.

• 10% off jet ski island tours, golf cart rentals, other watersports and merchandise
Kayaks, paddleboards and bikes are weather permitting and subject to availability.

GUEST ACCESS
The unit is all yours. The shared waterfront gazebo, Adirondack seating, courtyard and dock area are open to guests of our other units too, so find a quiet corner or meet fellow travelers. Our on-site Stay & Play office is right here for local tips, beach gear and help with anything you need.

• 5-minute walk to Clearsky Cafe on the Beach and Crabby`s Beachside Pavilion
• 10-minute walk to Pier 60 and Frenchy`s Rockaway Grill

Getting around: the island is fully walkable. Use the free bikes, the Jolley Trolley, Uber or a golf cart rental.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Resort amenities fee: $40 per stay. It covers everything listed under What`s included.
• No pets in this unit. Ask us about our pet-friendly units.
• Any extraordinary cleaning, damages and/or undisclosed pets will result in a minimum additional fee of $150.
• Security cameras are installed in outdoor areas only: the jet ski and dock area, the south and north courtyards, the office door and exterior office area, and the parking lot. No cameras are located inside guest spaces.
• In a medical emergency, fire or injury, call 911.

YOUR HOSTS
Our on-site Stay & Play office is open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM for beach gear, local tips and help with anything you need. Stop by and say hello, or message us any time.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.) No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening. A $100 charge will be added for lost keys
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Stay was absolutely phenomenal!The room is everything that we needed, and the walk to the beach was not far at all! Close to all parts of the area. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in staying in the area.

Cute place, but is not near as big as the online pics make it look. Some rooms,( like the one we were given), had no good window views. So next time, may ask for room with a view of the canal. Floor was in poor shape, & the pocket door to bathroom was messed up.
