My wife and I really enjoyed the place wich I picked for our vacation. Location is perfect. Quiet, steps from the beach. Very clean. Kitchen loaded with tableware. Planing to comeback. Would recomend.Host Gus is very friendly. Great place.

Great location and very clean.

The property is very clean. We liked the openness of the living area and how well stocked the kitchen was. It's a little bit of a walk to the restaurants and shops, but on the flip side it is in a very quiet part of town. We knew going in where it was located and decided it would be better to not hear a lot of noise at night. The check in process was simple and well explained in the instructions. The building is very secure with private parking that requires a garage door opener. Gus was quick to respond the the few questions we had and check out instructions were simple. I would recommend this condo for a group of 4 or a small family.

Perfect CWB Condo!

This condo has it all! Very clean and comfortable, all amenities we needed (even a clothes steamer!). The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you need. Linens and towels were new and lovely. The condo is secure with a security gate door to the 2nd floor as well as a secure parking space in the garage. Location is perfect- steps from the beach, nice walk to all the fun but far enough on the N end of beach so quiet at night and morning. Communication with Gus was perfect and he is nearby should you need anything. We will definitely be back and will tell our friends about this lovely condo.
