Built in the early 70’s and remodeled in 2019, this second floor two bedroom/two bath unit also includes a sleeping loft for two, completely renovated kitchen, living room, and porch with unobstructed views of gorgeous sunsets over the white sands and water. Take a winding path just a few steps through sea oats and sand dunes to the Gulf of Mexico. Outdoor grilling, colorful Adirondack chairs, and shade from gorgeous mature Sea Grapes provide a wonderful outdoor gathering area just below the porch. Central air conditioning, washer/ dryer, beds for four, a bunk for three, plus two more in the loft. Generous ground level parking provides a buffer between the road and cottages.
