Inside, the bright and open living area provides a comfortable space for your beach getaway, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that make it easy to enjoy meals at home. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a double bed. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Step out onto the large private Gulf-front balcony and take in breathtaking water views, gentle sea breezes, and unforgettable sunsets. Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.

Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

Loved this home away from home with beach equipment available to use. Prime location for walking to beachside restaurants. Great beach view, especially at sunset!! The pool was nice and warm.Would love to go back!
