Sand Castle II

One set of elevators were down for over 2 weeks. For the cost I think the condo could have been a little more updated but overall very good experience. For having a major storm 6 months ago excellent job by everyone down there. The area was clean & enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back in October.

What a view!!

Our stay

Unit was very clean. Kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Easy access to beach, pool and hot tub. Outside area also very clean and well kept. Plenty of good restaurants in the area within walking distance. Really enjoyed Caddy’s restaurant right across the street. Good food and drinks! Bike rental right across the street. The only complaint would be that the mattresses were not very comfortable in any of the rooms.

Very easy check in. The property was as described. We had such a great time. The views, location, and area are so much better than being in congested Clearwater Beach area. Perfect beach location, great balcony views, nice resort amenities. The unit itself could use some updated decor and new cookware/kitchen utensils ... and a keypad! Overall, a wonderful stay. Hope to return again soon.

Christmas Week 2019

Great unit. Fantastic location and view. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy to relax on balcony, beach or pool. Beach was not crowded and chairs were available to rent. Wrap around balcony gave nice view to East, but was very windy so we only used the main part facing the water. Lots of space to spread out inside, good set up with couches and chairs. Bedrooms were large and had lots of storage space. Some of the Interior is a little worn and needs updating. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and to cook a couple meals. Master bedroom bed needs to be replaced, hard to get a good nights sleep. Front door locks were both damaged and made it difficult to lock the door - locks and door / frame need to be replaced.
