Beach gear provided: chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys provided. Additional Ice machine in garage for coolers/drinks and also a garage refrigerator for that overflow from the kitchen fridge or beverages. Several outdoor dining spots, beach shops, and water sports also at nearby John’s Pass. The surrounding town of Seminole has plenty of restaurants, nearby parks and playgrounds. The Pinellas Trail is a linear, multi-use trail extending from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs and is in close proximity. The Trail provides a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating and biking.
