This house was so close to the beach and activities. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. It had more than enough room for our whole party. We also got to check in early, which was nice. We had a wonderful stay!

It was a very nice neighborhood. The house is older and had some minor issues but overall a great stay. The manager was very attentive and nice with very fast response for issues. All in all a good experience.

Accurate description, comfortably slept 10 people for our family reunion trip. Has full kitchen with supplies for cooking. This was very convenient for our week stay. Also had washer and dryer in the garage. Backyard is not really usable, but it was too hot to be outside. Game room had lots of options and the kids were in it all day. Every room has a TV which was also nice. House wasn't the cleanest. There was dust across the walls, and stains on the decor pillows. The main tub did not drain well, which made back to back showers difficult. I would stay here again, but it might not be my first choice.

Cozy and Quiet Stay!

Great location! We were able to visit family, shopping, the beach and great food within a 20 minute drive. Plenty of room for the family. Game room was an added bonus. We received quick responses and an earlier check in time upon our arrival. We will stay here again.

Lovely rental

Great Stay!

Great communication prior to arrival and after departure. Great location with easy access to the St. Pete/Tampa area. Great amenities that fit 8 of us comfortably. I would recommend staying here if you are staying in the area.

Has everything you need. Kitchen is perfectly set up, beds are nice and the location is spot on. Does need a door on the master bathroom though, not a fan of doing my business in the open like that.
