This complex has two separate apartments. An upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. This listing is for the upstairs unit. There are two entrances to the upstairs, a front door and back door. The front door does share an entrance with others, but the other is completely independent. Currently, downstairs is used as a separate short-term rental!

Please Note: St. Pete and the broader Tampa Bay area is located in a humid subtropical climate where various insects are endemic to the region (e.g Palmetto Bugs). It's common to see them during the hot and humid season (May to October). We do our best to keep them away but they are very much a part of every day life here in Florida and are for the most part harmless. Best way to avoid them getting in during your stay: KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED

Overall a nice stay. A bit small for our four person family and could have used a few more amenities to make it more comfortable. The place is updated nicely and was clean. Good for someone looking to explore downtown and the greater St Pete area as was our goal.
