scape to our 1-bed, 1-bath retreat in a 9-cottage oasis on quiet Cyprus Ave. Surrounded by swaying palms and two heated pools, you’re just a 2-minute stroll to Clearwater Beach. Inside, enjoy a bright open layout with a comfy living area, flat-screen TV, dining nook, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and turquoise accents. The cozy bedroom features fresh décor and plush bedding, creating a spotless, inviting getaway close to shops and dining.

We provide all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, including cookware, servingware, microwave, coffee maker with filters, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and salt & pepper.
Each unit includes wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. To get you started, we supply paper goods (paper towels, garbage bags, and a few rolls of toilet paper). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay. Dish soap and hand soap are provided.
For your convenience, there are complimentary washers and dryers on-site

Location was great Walking distance to everything. It was cool and windy during our stay so we didn’t use the pool. Outdoor sitting area was nice. Appliances are small but adequate. I do wish that the shower temperature was hotter but I am sure it was because of the cold weather during our trip.

This location is perfect — we were within walking distance from the beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants. We had peace and quiet once we returned to the property, away from hotels and spring break crowds. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in. We will definitely be staying here again next time we plan a trip to Clearwater Beach!

Great place for a few day getaway. Quiet side street but walking distance to beach and main restaurant and shopping area. Kitche has very small fridge, microvace and heating plate so good for small bfast items. You cannot control the a/c. The unit is in a duplex that has one main control. We were glad to have the space heater, as it was turned down quite cool at night.
