Very Roomy 2,500 SF house Located in Palm Harbor, Florida locates 10-15 minutes from multiple beautiful beaches ! 7 guest Max.

The House has a pool and private fenced back yard. The pool is Heated.

King Sleep Number bed in Primary, Queen bed in guest room, bunk beds and pull out sofa bed in 3rd room. 3rd room is great for kids and also has its own HVAC unit. TV and cable in all rooms.
Garage is used for storage and 6 bikes (which you are free to use) as well as beach chairs, fishing poles, cooler etc. Large living Room, dining room, as well as a really good size kitchen with dinette table.

Common areas are LVT and tile floors throughout.

Great neighborhood including trails, play ground, and full size basketball court. Spread out with the fam!

PLEASE NOTE - The house has ONE Non-Intrusive ADT security camera in the front left corner of the house that allows for security surveillance (front yard and half the driveway) while also giving our guests TOTAL privacy(see pics for exact view) We would love to have your family come and Visit this amazing beach community with a incredible dwelling as your home base!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The home was in a great location, had a fun 80’s vibe, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and quick to help with the few minor issues we experienced, most of which seemed to be normal maintenance items the owner likely wasn’t aware of. The house was comfortable and fairly clean. For pet owners, just note that while the yard is fenced, the back section is made up of trees and shorter chicken wire and backs up to a main road. Our well-behaved pup did fine, but it may not work for dogs prone to escaping. We would stay here again!

The pictures of the furniture lived up to my sister's expectations and were extremely comfortable. The 2 armchairs also reclined. The location is wonderful for beaching. Make sure to eat at Crabby Bill's - we went twice in one week

Great for a family

This was a nice place, with room to spread out. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves. You do have to drive everywhere but traffic wasn’t too bad.

Great Florida House!

Winter vacation florida!

Spent three weeks in florida! This place by far was the best. House was exactly as described and the neighborhood was beautiful. Everything around plam harbor was clean and neat. Would highly recommend this place to others!

Great house!

We had such a great time at this house! The landscaping was amazing ( love palm trees) felt very secluded. It was clean and felt like home during our weeks stay. We head to Florida every year and will only ever stay in palm harbor! We will definitely be coming back to this house!

Palm Harbor Gem

This home was very clean and well equipped. Would be a great vacation getaway for couples or families with children. There is a neat bunk/play room and the pool is a real treat. Westlake Village is beautiful and quiet and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owners were available and helpful. Hope to return.

Extend Our Summer

Some of the most important things we look for in a vacation rental are Pool, Grill, Beach Charis, Cooler & Umbrella. This property had all of these and more. The location of the property was perfect for all we wanted to do and the property owners were great communicators.
