You have to pay to swim. The harbor side resort is different from new connection. The hotel doesn’t have anything to really offer but a free beach. Lovely rooms, very clean.

This property is great it had the best of both worlds. The water park was great my 5 yr old grandson enjoyed it very much and the beach is just across the street. Good restaurants are in walking distance and it’s in a quiet part of the strip we always enjoy Indian Rocks

The property itself was nice! Prior to booking I didn’t notice the waterpark was separate in price. And in order to use the pool free of charge you have to wait until 6 pm after the water park close. I would say 22.50 pp each day for two slides is a bit much.

We love this place. The amenities are great, location is perfect, and the condo setup is so great for our bigger family! The condo itself was a bit dirty, the refrigerator leaked, the sink in the main bathroom barley drained, and the front desk does not allow Instacart drop offs to their office, so guiding a driver to you was slightly difficult
