It was a bit cold the night we stayed there and the heat in our room didn’t work. The Hotel has no pool and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people talking plain as day in the room next door and you can hear everything going on in the bathroom next door.

Clean room, quiet area, very convenient location. Check in process was a little odd, staff were okay. Front desk staff are only available until 10pm after that, you have to call a neighbor hotel for assistance. Water park was nice and very convenient but there is an additional charge. View from balcony was amazing. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was easy until the garage was full and then you had to park on the street. Short walk to restaurants and the beach.

Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.
