**Golf Carts available for rent for $90 a night with a refundable deposit of $500. You do not have to rent the golf cart for your entire stay, however the last day of your rental must fall on the last day of your reservation with us. **

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

Vacation Living at Its Best

Blue Lagoon was truly a home away from home. Our family recently spent a few weeks here and it had pretty much everything we needed. The pool and backyard are great, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The game cupboard was utilized daily; lots of Uno and Yahtzee challenges. We’ll be back!

This house was the perfect little beach house. Two bedrooms that our kids slept in and a huge master suite! The pool in the backyard is great, and then you’re literally 5 min from the beach. We rented the golf cart and did beach and pool daily. Super close to grocery store and tons of restaurants too! Such a great little community here, we felt so welcomed. The host was fantastic about getting back to us quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend for a great beach vacation.

The property was beautiful. Well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood that’s walkable to the beach. The inside of the house was very clean, updated and spacious with all the amenities you could need. It’s very well stocked with a beautiful kitchen. There are several sliding doors that open to the backyard to the patio and pool. The pool was very nice, with bench seating inside the pool. There is a lot of nice outdoor furniture to lay around or have a meal outside. The host was extremely accommodating for any of our needs. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book this for future Florida trips.

The Blue Lagoon home is lovely and worked well for our family. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. Having a private pool was fantastic! The beach is about 1/2 mile away (a nice, easy walk) and beach access is convenient. Check-in, check-out and communication with the host was easy.

Great place, exactly as advertised

We loved our stay here and would definitely return in the future. Indian Rocks Beach is much more laid back than Clearwater if that's your thing (it was for us), and this place is great. Our kids swam in the pool for hours each day, and it's an easy 10 minute walk right to the beach. Can't go wrong!

Perfect First Trip to Gulf Coast!

We would definitely return and stay here again to visit Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf Coast, again! The house was in a quiet neighborhood - just 10 minute walk to Indian Rocks beach (multiple public access piers). Pool was great. Beds were comfy. Great place to get a quiet nights sleep after a peaceful day on the beaches!
