Bar staff was nothing short of terrible. Poor attitude and even worse communication from a female bartender who had an axe to grind with every patron. There’s a reason the bar area was empty and they closed early instead of serving a large group. Good news is there’s a pub next door. Otherwise hotel stay was fine.

It felt like a mini apartment. My wife has usually trouble sleeping but commented on the comfy beds. One Nightclub on the street but noise level was manageable and ceased early enough. Some very good dining options right there. Oak & Stone is absolutely great w a wall of craft beers and great personal dyi pizzas.

Great room and convenient location! We stayed for a concert across the street and were able to walk there, which was amazing. There are plenty of food options nearby also so we didn't go hungry after the show. Free breakfast was good as well! Room was spacious and clean. The only issue we had was the lack of smart TV... I haven't stayed in any accommodation in the past five years that has not had one. Hyatt should consider upgrading their electronics lol. But otherwise it was a perfect stay, we would do it again :)

The hotel was a bit hard to find with the directions provided (one of the entrances to the parking garage is not labeled as the Hotel). Check in/out was efficient and parking was free. Breakfast was hot and plentiful with a decent selection of options. This is a great hotel if you have a show to see at Janus!
