The unit was clean and as described. Communication was quick and one very minor issue was resolved immediately. The dock across the street was lovely to sit and relax, read and dolphin watch. Location central to St Pete activities.

The place is ok. The kayak situation is not good. The dock is not user friendly. There was bread and things left in the place from someone else. The laundry is outside in a hallway in the next door building. It would be nice to have a broom and dust pan to sweep the floors as they are white. Overall it was good enough but I think it’s overpriced.

This property provided all that we could want. It was spacious. The setting was beautiful--right on an inlet of the bay. The neighborhood was delightful and very quiet. The bed was supremely comfortable. The host and her staff were so accommodating. They answered every request almost immediately. The private dock just across the road was a special asset. We often took a drink out there in the evening and watched the night fall and the beautiful sunset colors take over the sky. We had worried we might be too far from downtown, but we found a couple of delightful eateries right around the corner. I enjoyed having access to the laundry. There were interesting places to walk. We hated to leave.

When we pulled up it looked a little sketchy but once we got inside, it served all our needs. It could use a little help with the curb appeal, but we didn’t hang out in the area so that really isn’t an issue.The unit has been moderately renovated. It was clean. The TV was massive with an amazing picture and easy to work. Everyone was disappointed that the colors that are shown in all the pictures didn’t work. I’m not sure if it just needed new batteries in the remote?When I first got there, I had difficulty with access. I reached out to Chanda and she was super helpful and got me right in. Chanda was super nice and easy to work with!It’s a lovely little area. That’s obviously going through a lot of Reno’s. Do not hesitate to rent this little unit.
