Off the living room is a screened 10 x 20 lanai with living and dining spaces and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm days. The master bedroom has great built in cabinetry, an adjacent bathroom and king bed. At the opposite side of the house, walk through a pocket door with a bedroom with queen bedroom, private bathroom, and den with a desk, couch, and television. Great for working from home. Outside, the pool has been completely renovated, clean and modern. The entire property has been re-landscaped and staff comes weekly to keep the year and the pool looking great.
