It’s located a short stroll to the sun runner that takes you from downtown St Pete, and all the way to St Pete Beach, so location was great! The pool was nice to dip into and the roomwas very nice and comfortable! Will be back!!

Finally the host called back with details for getting into gate/room,also said they would upgrade me to another room because lock inside room was broken..Never happened,during the same call said maintenance was coming to paint around the pool on a certain day..stayed away from property all day..Painting never happened. A couple days later..I sent a message about pool pump not working properly no response. Only got to use the pool 2 days out of my 10 day stay.

The host was nonexistent. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The hot tub was broken. The TV remote was broken The gate latch was broken. Verbo had to put me up in a hotel the first night because the host didn’t get in touch and when finally did didn’t have the correct lockbox numbers to get in.
