The view was breathtaking! We loved the location. We found this property just days before we needed to move from an unsatisfactory place and I needed some communication with management. That was very helpful and again helpful when we had our only problem when we could not lock the door. Having someone just minutes away was very great. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were a luxury and when my son was given a Wagoneer at car rental, having 3 parking places very suddenly just right!

Two Week Stay

We had a group of 8 and stayed for two weeks. The property manager had excellent communication and was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of (within minutes). The property is exactly as the pictures show - very spacious with enough room to spread out a bit, a storage closet next to the parking spot filled with beach gear, and very easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool and beach were never busy, and being in the front building kept us from seeing much of anyone else. We will absolutely be requesting this property again next year. After 8 years of vacationing in this area, this has by far been our family’s favorite!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home. Wonderful location with quite beach.We had an issue with the AC unit which was quickly resolved by the manager within an hour after contacting them. Great service would highly recommend!

Amazing week!

My family and I spent a week at the house. It’s private and quiet! Our only “complaint” is that there aren’t enough pillows (one per person) and our kids woke up at the crack of dawn because the windows didn’t have curtains to block the sunlight. We even booked the same house for a week in 2024 already 🙃

Dream Week!

If I could give more stars, I would! Taylor, the property manager was super cooperative, friendly, and helpful. The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and fit our 4 families perfectly. When we weren't in the ocean, we were in the pool, which we most often had to ourselves. The little kids loved all the water toys in the storage closet. This week was everything I had hoped for our family vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful property right on the Beach!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Incredible location right on the Beach! Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Easily handled our group of 7 adults and 3 kids! Awesome supply of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available for guests use. We had a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of when we first checked in and Taylor, the property manager, was immediately responsive and helpful, and continued to be that way for anything we needed the whole week we were there! I would highly recommend this rental for an incredible stay in Indian Rocks Beach!!!

Great Location and Beautiful Views

We loved 78 On The Rocks! The views of the beach and the ocean are amazing from the main floor and the master bedroom. Master bedroom is huge. Pool is new and always warm. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of stuff for the beach in the storage locker. Soft white sand on the beach, see the sunset from the beach or the balconies. Close walk to stores and restaurants. Our family loved the whole 2 weeks and we are hoping to go back next winter.

Walk to everything!

We were so pleased. Many restaurants and stores were just a close walk away. We visited the ice cream place several times. And the “magic closet” had everything we needed for outdoor fun. And we were just steps from the gulf. Closer than we’d ever been at any hotel. My son made use of the private fishing dock across from the property. That was an unexpected bonus for us

We had so much fun here. The house was so well stocked and laid out perfectly for our family. We had a small wrinkle at the beginning and Sharon and her team addressed and resolved it immediately. The kitchen island was perfect for evening card games with all of us. Highly recommend.

Great location

The property was wonderful. Very nice and had lots of beach chairs and toys to use. Great location. Sort of quiet end of beach yet not far to Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass for dinner and shopping. I recommend this property.

Wonderful week with family

My family had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! The beach was pristine and not at all crowded. We saw dolphins and many species of birds? I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return!
