Great things:The beach is wonderful! It is beautiful and not as crowded as some others in the area. The view is wonderful as well, you can see the ocean and the baycheck in was easy and the people at the desk are very niceNice salt water pool, very relaxing and warmShower water pressure is amazing!Bed is very nice and comfortableNot so great:This place needs a deep clean, cabinets are gross, there is a stain on the couch, corners of room are dirtyThe balcony is very nice, but you can hear the traffic over the ocean and it was not very relaxing because of the noise. Pictures make it seem as though you are farther away from the road than you areParking is for guests only because they have so little parking. If you aren't in your room by 8pm all parking is gone and you have to park at a place across a busy street.The beach chairs in cabinet on the balcony are moldy and rusty, also paint cans that looked very gross in there as well.Look at the size of the room! Very small, smaller than a regular hotel room. I did not look at it before hand, pictures make it seem larger. Price is not great for what you get.I would come back to Island Inn, but I should have chosen to stay on the beach side. The price would have justified being on the beach. The price and experience for this room was disappointing.
