The actual rating for this property is very over exaggerated. Lobby is gorgeous. Rooms and everything else are not it. Room was dirty. Food and other things on the walls. Shower was very questionable. Buffet breakfast is also $18 a person for just standard hotel buffet. Only thing I could be on board with is early check in and the late check out time.

Room was clean, staff was very nice considering it’s St. Louis, beds were very comfortable, but the whole place is very outdated and in need of a renovation of some sort. I would say this is a 4 star hotel 20 years ago, I think it’s around 3-3.5 stars nowadays but I enjoyed my stay overall and I think it’s a decent spot for the price.

Upscale nice hotel

The hotel room was clean, and the staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, and although our stay was only one night, we plan to stay longer next time.

The room was clean but not to the old standards of A Renaissance hotel. The Staff was friendly but not for coming when you are there looking for something. The room AC sounds like a turbine of a 747 during takeoff, I had a hard time to fall asleep because of that and had to put a pillow over my head as I did not find the switch OFF. Someone had music in another room and at 5am I could not sleep anymore. But then the room next door started to offer another sort of human concert that kept me awake until almost 7am on Sunday. I decided to wake up take a shower and hit the road. I have been to Renaissance hotels in the past and they were a high class hotel but now this one dropped the standards to a super 8 standard but forgot to also drop the price :)

Property was not all that bad. When got in room turned down the sheets and the comfortor in between the sheets had two gros stains on them. Told front desk and all they could say was sorry. Not acceptable!!! This hotel use to be our go to for stating close to airport. Looks like duruy inn here we come!!!

Upon arriving. I was treated as though know one really wanted to serve me. Im an African American, & i almost couldn't believe. That i was being treated this way by people my color. Their was 2 blk women, & a blk guy who acted as though i slept with his woman the night before. Their was a short blk woman with short blonde colored hair. Who asked the other two were they going to help me, because it looked as though she was about to leave for the day. The other two, looked at each other, & looked away. So the blonde haired lady set her purse down, & checked me in. I stood there in total amazement at the unprofessionalism of the other two.

Lovely place to stay near the airport.

The hotel was clean and easy to check in. The staff were all attentive and very nice. Parking was easy and secure. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. We got the shuttle after a very long flight. It was quick, and took us straight to the door. We did not use any other services or amenities, but we enjoyed our stay.
