We got to the hotel, and found out after we checked in that the pool wasn’t even usable. The hotel staff didn’t let us know that it wasn’t working, which was one of the main reasons we wanted to go there.

We were in St. Louis because my father was dying and we’re there to support my mother and spend time with my father. The staff learned of this when we need to extend our stay. They not only extended but got us a better rate for those day. They were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.
