I stayed at this hotel during a busy concert weekend, and I honestly wish I hadn't. We checked in on a Thursday, and from the start, it was a nightmare. The first room had mold by the windows, and when my friend tried to shower, the water literally filled up to her mid-calf because it wouldn't drain. To make matters worse, our key cards kept failing, and we had to get them reactivated multiple times just to get into the room. After the whole shower disaster, we asked for a new room. The second room had a half-broken bathroom light, which was useless when we needed to do our makeup. Then the third room's fridge didn't work, and we had to swap it out ourselves from the previous room honestly, it felt like we were doing the hotel's job. On top of that, the place smelled musty and moldy, they only had one working elevator during a fully booked weekend, and the "continental breakfast" advertised online simply didn't exist. To top it all off, there was what looked like a mold stain on my pillow, and we had to beg for extra towels for four people. The shower in all THREE rooms were peeling up. In short, this place felt like a $50-a-night motel at best. It was far from what we expected, and I wouldn't recommend it unless they do some major renovations and improvements.

Staff at the front desk was very nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was the pool. It was supposed to be a heated pool and it was very cold, so cold I couldn't swim. I told the lady at the desk and she checked it and said she would tell the maintenance man.

They knew there was a concert and a baseball game this weekend and only one elevator worked. It took us asking multiple times for towels to be delivered. The shower barely worked. They didn’t clean our room.

The hotel room was 5 stars, but unfortunately, parking is currently limited. Also, I paid for breakfast during booking, but I was told the breakfast area was being renovated at the time of my visit. Other than those 2, everything else and the staff were great.!

I’ll start off by saying that staff here are amazing. That is the only plus you get from staying here. Had to wait in line for over an hour for checkout. 1 out of 3 elevators worked the whole weekend. The whole hotel smells like weed. The outside of the hotel is sketchy. Yes it is under renovation but they should honestly shut it down until it is complete.

The hotel was dirty, the bedding wasn’t laundered, the ceiling was leaking in the hotel lobby and the staff only put garbage cans out to catch the leak after several guest complaints. They advertised free parking but there was no parking available. No ice in the ice machines and only 1 elevator worked the entire stay. I would not recommend staying at this establishment

Concert at the Dome

If you are looking for a hotel close to the Dome it is literally around the corner 5 minutes walking. The Saint Louis Arch was only 15 minutes walking which was a great experience as well. The STL airport was a 20 minute drive. The room my friend and I stayed at had 2 beds that were super comfortable, a tv, refrigerator, microwave, sofa seat. Very clean. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Ok for the few hours we were there.

Was there for a concert, there was also a baseball game, church conf and a race same day. The hotel staff was exceptional considering the line to check in was out the door. They were still friendly and patient. However, this hotel needs remodeled. BADLY. The carpets are filthy throughout, the glass to the staircase looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Spilled things, smears, just yuck. Our towels were either dingy or dirty. Hair on them when I unfolded to use. Asked front desk for new ones, they had them to my room in five mins. Linens were the same way. The bathroom door looked like it had been thru a flood. Our room door was very hard to open. The handle was very loose. We had to call for help to open it twice. We also were not informed that the lot across the street for parking wasn’t going be available when I first booked.

No smoking facility but the entire 3rd floor smelled like weed. The staff wasn’t welcoming and the pictures online didn’t not look like the room in person. Was not informed about breakfast or any of the amenities. Had to pay for parking if you didn’t park in a specific location. The WiFi didn’t work. One side of the light on the bathroom mirror didn’t work. I could go on.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were urine stains on the floor upon arrival, the toilet seat was yellow, shower barely worked. Stains on the sheets. I have photos of everything! Will not recommend. I wish more ppl gave more honest reviews. It helps!!!

When checking in, it took an hour of standing in line due to the amount of people. Staff was working hard, but felt there should of been a better system knowing a big event was coming to town. Our room had some stained pillows and the bathroom sink was cracked. We found water on on the floor from it leaking. Only had the light in the bathroom worked as well.

Awful Experience.

First of all, I am not satisfied at all. There was absolutely no parking for hotel guests, the air conditioning didn’t work, there were dirty towels left in our bathroom. We are not happy with this stay at all.

We were told the hotel overbooked and our room was cancelled even though I had multiple confirmation emails. We also had spoken to a team member the day before who didn’t have any issues finding our reservation. Then we were told it was due to the hotel changing names and that Expedia moved us. Then we were told it was a payment issue (which was absolutely false). I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We were hours away from our home and basically told too bad it wasn’t their fault and there was nothing they could do.
