The waiter at the bar was pleasant though slow. The front desk staff when an issue was brought to them had attitude and made excuses as to why things happened the way they did. We waited so long for a bell cart and person, we eventually just carried our things down to load.

Was over charged $400.00 from what expedia quoted, the staff was rude and dismissive, room key had to be reset everyday during 4-day stay, not a single incentive to ever return. This was the worst hotel experience and an expensive one at that!!
