Brand new- so clean and new. You can smell the new carpet. The air conditioning is fantastic. My room was nice and cold. This place is immaculate and I would definitely stay here again! Brandy L and Cortez we so nice and helpful at check in.

Overall it was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the entire floor where we were staying smelt like marijuana. I would much rather use Drury Hotel nearby.
