Fixing the elevator! That was ridiculous that every time we wanted to go anywhere like to the pool, weight room, front desk, ect. It is freezing cold and going back and forth from hot to cold sucked. I never should have had to deal with that. If the elevators are down the guest should be advised before having to find out for themselves. I know if I would have been told that before i paid and checked in I would have never stayed there.

The breakfast was ok for an included service. The pool however was very cold and I wish they had heated it a little more. The property was clean and smelt good. The staff was absolutely perfect. Thank you all.

Stayed for a week to attend a funeral. Staff was friendly. The room was decent and clean, but the heater was very noisy. The breakfast was the same every, single day. A little variety would have gone a long way. Coffee/tea were available 24/7 which was nice. We were there over New Years and although the hotel was crowded, it was fairly quiet.

The room was super clean very nice they had a great breakfast waffles eggs cereal coffee juice muffins bread with jelly. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly and extremely nice. Great place to stay.
