The front desk personnel were great and out us in the least noisy room she could but other guests were simply not respectful. The property seemed rather run down but was clean. We did not have breakfast as we left at 6am.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this Best Western!! The best part was Minela at the front desk. She was kind, helpful and friendly no matter what time of day it was. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our room was clean and spacious with comfy beds, nice pillows and plenty of towels. Refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee maker, and iron all in good working order. Room was quiet and hotel is in a safe area with plenty of shopping and eating options nearby. The breakfast offered by the hotel was great with waffles, eggs, sausage, choice of breads, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice. The popcorn offered in the evening was a nice treat as well. Pool looked clean and although we did not use it, many people did. All in all great visit and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was just okay. The room was fine and we appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast was just alright. They ran out of forks one morning and Joe, the front desk rep, said he was sorry & they had to order more. Why not drive to a local dollar store & buy some until the forks came in on their next order? When we checked in, Joe, was extremely rude, flippant, and pretentious. But, the other staff (Manella & Crystal) were SUPER sweet, polite, & accommodating! We also appreciated the fresh popcorn, lemon water, & doggie treats that were available in the lobby.
