Chili's on the 2nd floor is very convenient. Breakfast was great, food ran out but staff quickly refilled it. Room was clean and comfortable and they had available ev charging

So room cards didnt work 3 days in a row had to go down and fix them every time the 3rd day had to wait a whole hour just to get it working again. And then there was car theives lurking around outside really disappointed in the stay and very unsafe.

the main room chair had large round stain, looked like a blood stain on a csi show. window curtain had two large stains looked like blood stains, towel rack in bathroom large bend, looked cheap,very inexpensive towel rack could have been replaced for 1.99, only had one-half roll of tiolet paper, large motel chain probably buys by the millions cheaply, even if the are worried someone might take extra roll, tissue box had exactly 2 tissues in box, tv controller did not work, had to go down to front desk as they did not answer phone, they replaced batteries, then tv only brought in 3 channels, as other channels displayed "no signal" had to jiggle wire on back of tv to get the 3 channels to come in clear

Filly room with worn carpet, bed and dirty fabric furniture. Took us to four more rooms before it was acceptable. Attendant from front desk carried a can of freshener to each room upon entering to disguise the dirty orders. Shower didn’t work in one room, torn curtains, smelled like an ashtray. The lobby is very nice and deceiving.

The check in time needs to change to 4 pm instead of 3pm because I didn’t get in my room until 4pm..The beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep all 3 nights I was there…The Breakfast could have been different on some days but they have the same thing everyday they need to switch it up a bit..But for the price it could have been a lot better then what it was not sure I would stay there again
