The hotel was nice. Some repairs were needed in our room. We were only there for one night. The bed was comfortable. We went to breakfast, but chose not to stay. Pretty busy. We were going to wait for the food to be restocked, but could not find a clean table. The staff, I assume were making more food.

Staff was very friendly, but the main light in the bathroom didn't work, so we had to use the heating lamp. The eggs at breakfast were cold and parking was interesting, but it was in a convenient location. Also really liked they have us a 10% discount for Texas Roadhouse

Kirkwood Comfort Caring Correctives Needed

Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk service was mixed reviews from friendly to not so friendly. Breakfast choices were good. The condition of the motel needs attention to maintenance details: back door not operational; front door doesn’t close all the way; just got the feeling they didn’t care about keeping the Bestwestern brand up to par.
