I was over all terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with my stay here. I was so excited to book here as well. The casino was great and the restaurants in the casino were awesome. We stayed at the players inn and it was not worth the money. I was given the wrong room. After speaking to two different managers nothing, not a dime was credited to me or even offered as a solution. Don’t waste your money on the Players Inn just stay at the casino or better yet book an Air BNB because the customer service is awful!

I’ve been going to the casino by myself for years. My husband drops me off and goes to Massena for a few hours. I love it there. I always feel comfortable and I don’t need to win to have a great time. When he picks me up we always have a meal before we make the hour and a half drive home. There hasn’t been a bad one yet! We stayed at Players Inn for the first time. The staff at both places is helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful…clean and set up well and quiet! We enjoyed our breakfast this morning before we went to my uncles burial service.
