Great location to downtown but some rooms have a glass wall showing the shower bathtub and sink. The continental breakfast is pretty limited not the greatest.

Unique restored historic buildings with a nice courtyard area bordering on Water Street so an excellent location. Rooms have sloped ceilings and ours on the 4th floor was quite dark, despite 2 windows. View towards Signal Hill was nice though. Also the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so you have to take stairs to the 4th floor which might not be convenient for all. Pillows need to be replaced. But continental breakfast was nice and we did enjoy our stay.

Very convenient location, huge but old style rooms. Elevator wasn't working so had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Breakfast options were not bad, not many options but basics covered. Not sure if we would choose to stay here again.

Old and in disrepair. Had to carry all of our luggage up three flights due to broken elevator. Without any assistance being offered for our six pieces of luggage. Bath was on a raised platform and extremely high and hard to get into. Rooms are very dark and bed was uncomfortable. The noise from other rooms and the traffic kept us up most of the night. We have been in several boutique hotels and the Murray Premises is no where near that category. We will never repeat.

Hotel in historic building steps from Water Street

Helpful, friendly staff. The building is showing its age but overall, it’s well located and rooms are large with ample bed, bathroom and shower spaces. There’s some noise from Harbour Dr traffic but windows block most of it. Breakfast room is often crowded at peak times, but croissants and fresh fruit were a treat.
