Notably, the apartment’s stunning living room views made it a featured filming location in the 2013 heartwarming comedy The Grand Seduction, a film that beautifully captures the charm, spirit, and rugged beauty of Newfoundland and Labrador.
This spacious two bedroom apartment has all the comfort and conveniences of home.
* Primary King bedroom, comfortable and inviting, features a private patio with stunning Harbour/ Narrows views—perfect for sipping morning coffee, waking up slowly, and reflecting on the day ahead
* Bedroom two is a Queen bedroom with a full closet and plenty of space to move around and settle in
* Living room space is large and inviting. It features a Smart TV, lovely electric fireplace as well as a window Air Conditioning unit for use in season. There is a small desk here as which is perfect for business travelers to stay in the loop and work as need be
* Full kitchen is spacious, a bit retro, clean and inviting and with all of the necessities and many of the gadgets from home
* Cozy four-piece bathroom features a deep tub, perfect for soaking in after a long day of travel with plenty of towels, quality soap, shampoo and conditioner.
