Hands down best hotel in St. John's! Staff is top notch in every encounter;whether it is valet, check in or cleaning staff. Exile, Zimmy's and Java serves excellent food-all on site restaurants. Pool facilities are very tranquil and clean. Felt very safe as there was attendants at the door!

We booked a room for 2 nights, on the second day my card stopped working so I went to get a new card for my room and was told we would have to change rooms because renovations were taking place in our room. This alone should have been said to us before or at check in the day before. I ended up changing rooms and they upgraded us for the trouble but still charged up the extra $60 a night on the stay. Once we got to the new room the housekeeping staff was a little too much. Even so much so that while having a personal and very intimate moment with my husband, the housekeeping staff walked straight on in the room, no knock, nothing. In the middle of the afternoon. It was so embarrassing. Now today we have to stay an extra night due to weather and unable to travel. I called to explain my experience and hoped that maybe we could stay in the same room for one more night to avoid the storm and get a discount and although there is a minor discount, it's not enough. It was either that or I would have had to pay for another room and move again. We paid a lot of money for this trip and I feel like it was not as relaxing as I hoped. We live the JAG and have been there many times and even trips booked for a couple months times to stay there but this was a special trip for us and it was not what we had hoped.

Easy check in, valet parking and room change was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All staff we interacted with were lovely and made us feel so welcome. We requested a late check out and it was no problem at all. We will definitely be back.

The staff were incredible and so accommodating to our needs. The food was fantastic, and there was so much to do. Everything was clean and well put together. My boyfriend and I loved the rock‑and‑roll theme, and the live band really sealed the deal. I’ll definitely be back again!
