It wasnt what I expected Holiday Inn to be honestly. The corridors weren’t very well lit and the rooms weren’t what they looked like. The carpets didn’t seem like they were cleaned and shampooed regularly. It was an okay stay for us wouldn’t stay here again

This hotel is situated in the perfect spot to get around St Johns. We were close to everything! The hotel was clean and my kids loved the pool with the slides. It was convenient to have East Side Marios attached to the hotel as well.

The pool area could have used more seating lots of people had to stand. I suggest tables and chairs. A great way to get your personal items off of the floor. The noise from construction a floor above 4th floor. I can see through the week ... not in the weekends when family are travelling.

Noisy even on a Saturday!!!

Check in was good. Once we were in our room .... noisy and a lot of noise from construction upstairs. I tried to contact the front desk ... no answer. I spoke to one of the cleaning staff and she said she would contact the front desk for me. It's not fun when you have a child that is tired and needs a nap !!!
