We found the room very comfortable, everything easy to use, and enjoyed our stay. On check in, we were handed two card keys but given no instructions about wifi, breakfast, location of our room, which we found unusual. Breakfast provided many options. The lady who replenished food during breakfast was memorable for her sweet smile and helpful disposition.

The property states they are 5.93 miles from Ilani Casino. As a bird flys it is traveling in a CAR it is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the casino. We booked the Beat Western based on it being 5.93 driving miles away. We were on the phone for an hour getting this canceled and refunded. Please fix this on the website. Breakfast was great, we were happy and pleased. The employees were welcoming and friendly especially Vanessa. She was really nice. I was just disappointed that the hot tub was not running because it was being renovated during our stay. The very reason I chose this Best Western was because of hot tub. But of course because of the good reviews and reasonable price, I chose this place also. The place was clean.
