Please note that there is a full-time tenant in the basement unit. They have their own entry and will not impact your stay in any way.

Deposits will be refunded the day following the day of check out minus the cost of any damages. Guests will be notified of any damages and documentation for any deductions will be provided. This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. Please be aware that if you do chose a different payment method you will need to provide the payment details.
IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.

No smoking at this property whatsoever, which includes vape pens and marijuana. If evidence of smoking is discovered we will impose a $500 fine.
Please use the provided battery operated candles only. There are no candles or open flames permitted at this home.
No noise after 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. If a complaint is made there is an automatic $100 fine, $250 and a file started with Airbnb for the second complaint, and Eviction for the 3rd and final complaint. Our neighbors are important to us, and we have to keep them happy. Let's keep things pleasant for everyone by keeping quiet after the designated times. Thank you!
Please properly dispose of your trash by sorting it into the correct bins. We recycle in Portland and trash pick up comes bi-weekly. When we don't sort our garbage, the trash bin fills up too quickly and we can get fined! Please help us minimize this problem by using the GRAY bin for your Trash: Use the BLUE bin for Recycling: Paper, cans, plastic bottles, cardboard. GREEN or Yard Debris bin for of your food waste (except meat/bones). Yellow small bin for glass bottles.
No animals at all, please. We love them, but not for this house.
Portland has an issue with ants. They are present year-round and can smell food from miles away. Please store all food of the counters in properly sealed containers or kept in the refrigerator to minimize their presence. Thanks!
No guest-packages are to be delivered to the house. If you have a package delivered anyway, please note we are not responsible for the well-being of your package, nor are we available to help you track it down. Amazon Locker is a great way to have packages safely delivered!
