"Upon arrival after 3pm we still had to wait for our room. When we finally got in we had no toiletries in the shower It took 2 days to totally fix this problem. The food was average and repetitive at the buffet. The location is nice and the snorkeling very good. Staff was cheerful. Some of the servers were very good other not so much. Beach service faded as the day when on. Not a bad stay but not the level of a Mexican or Dominican resort"
